Complaints
The purchaser is obligated to inspect the goods for identifiable defects immediately upon delivery and to notify us of any existing defects in writing without delay but at the latest within seven days of delivery. See Terms and Conditions.
If you wish to return goods, please contact us first and send the goods back in the original packaging. Transport damage claims should be made immediately to the carrier. For deliveries of valuable goods, we advise you to purchase cargo insurance.
